Here are a few simple tips for strategy in picking golfers!
First, consider using this link (https://www.pgatour.com/stats/detail/156) to check out the PGA Tour's birdies per round average. Golfers with a lot of birdies score better in Major Tradition!
BUT, that also means they're more volatile and could miss the cut because of wild swings they may have in birdies and bogeys, so you need to look for the right balance of consistent cuts made vs. birdies per round!
That should steer you to a pretty solid team. Then of course, just choose your favorite player, because watching golf is always more fun if you're rooting for your favorite golfer and if your team does well at the same time as your foursome!
